    What will you do?

    As a Software Product Engineer, you will be the part of Product engineers team. You will work with technology team and provide Application Support to end users and do the problem solving to make users life easy by putting up product thinking to make application scalable. You will stay technical as you will involve in doing UAT and partially dev-ops task.


    • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
    • 1-5 years of prior experience
    • Experience in writing Shell scripts and SQL queries for automation
    • Pro-actively monitor availability and performance of production servers, application stack for 24x7x365 uptime.
    • Mainly involves in Application performance monitoringAPI performance monitoring, User Support, Resolving Issues and Reporting.
    • Responsible for troubleshooting and real-time resolutions for issues related to cloud infrastructure, systems, network, database and application stack.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues escalated from end users.
    • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Experience in disk management, memory management and process management and file system issues.
    • Problem solving and User acceptance testing
    • Your role is to make the product successful with user by providing product support, technical training and constantly engaging with users to provide a pipeline of feedback back to the product managers to make product better.
