• Evaluate business processes, analyze areas for improvement, and developing and implement solutions for the same • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and tech advancements to automate and modernize systems. • Drive improvement projects and ensure the adoption of processes on the ground • Be data driven and gather key insights from the overall data • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. • Working closely with business leaders and cross functional teams to drive projects • Ensure timelines are met and projects meet the desired execution at pace • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. • Manage competing resources and priorities. • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
